By booking a service, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older for tattoos and certain piercings, and must present valid government-issued ID.

• Minors may receive select piercings with parental consent, and both parties must show valid ID.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if proper ID is not provided.

 

Appointment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to book an appointment.

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment or reschedule at our discretion.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

 

Health & Safety

• All equipment is sterilized using medical-grade autoclaves and is spore tested monthly.

• All jewelry used is sterile, brand-new, and single-use.

• We reserve the right to decline services to anyone who appears to be under the influence or poses a risk to our staff or clients.

• All staff and contractors are OSHA-certified and licensed.

 

Liability Waiver

By receiving services at The Altar, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with body modification and release us from liability for reactions, infections, or results outside of our control.

 

Product Sales

All product sales, including jewelry and aftercare items, are final. No returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
